I'm now 23 weeks pregnant and doing so great!! I'm sore a lot more of the time. Like my lower stomach gets really sore after I do a lot of activities. I'm assuming that it's just the stretching of the skin and muscles.

This past weekend Grant and I went with my Mom and Dad as well as Holly and Cory to Duluth, MN for a 5 day, Memorial Day weekend. It was an amazing trip. I got so much rest and wonderful time with my family. Grant and I also needed some time to ourselves. We spent one day where we went to the Superior Zoo and it was just Grant and me. It was such a special time. We saw a lot of great animals and it was sunny and warm out! We got to visit about a lot of things and it was exactly what we needed. We also did a lot with my family and that was so fun. My Dad bought us donuts a couple of the morning and one morning we just slept in till around 11am. I couldn't have asked for a better vacation.

Lincoln's been moving more and more every day. Although it was funny how on vacation he didn't move as much but as soon as we got home yesterday and I went to bed last night he was his usual self of moving. It's amazing that he can already tell when things are different than "normal." Last night lying in bed Grant and I were talking to him and was responding to us and it was so cool. It was funny how he's starting to respond and get more excited when Grant's talking than when I'm talking to him. We just laughed and enjoyed the moment! We can't wait to meet him in just a few months.

We did find a new apartment to move into. We're going to stay in Neenah which I'm excited about. The apartment is much larger than our apartment now. It's a little over 1200 sq. feet and includes a washer and dryer in the apartment which we've never had. It's in a really quiet complex and run by a former officer that worked at a women's prison for 19 years. He's very determined to keep it a quiet complex. They allow birds which is wonderful for Grant and me.

Grant and I are moving at the end of June and are trying to sell 4 of our birds by then. We're wanting to keep our two Cockatiels but to sell our four parakeets. I hope they sell before we move.

I'm cutting back on hours at work as of July 1st and so I'm excited about that. I'm not going to be working over 20 hours a week. Then I'll be completely done by August 1st. My boss is due on August 2nd and hoping to go early before I leave. They're also hoping to have another child care worker lined up starting in July. So if anyone wants a nanny job that'll last at least a year with two little boys then please contact me!!! :)

Jess is due with Dorian in about 4 weeks and I'm so excited!! I took two birthing classes with her and they were so fun and informational. I think Jess is excited to almost be done. She's so uncomfortable and so I don't blame her that she wants to be done. I can't wait to meet Dorian. It'll be so fun to hold him in my arms!!

Life has been going so much better. I'm pretty much over the whole morning sickness stage and that's so encouraging!! I really appreciate all of the prayers and encouragement that people offered me when I was feeling so yucky. I hated being sick as anyone does and so it was hard to deal with but God pulled me through and I'm so grateful.

Grant's and my trip to Florida was cold but a great bonding time. We talked so much about life and everything and that was wonderful. We did a lot of walking since we couldn't rent a car and that was good. The condo we stayed in was wonderful. It was brand new and we might've been the first people to stay in it. We stayed on the 25th floor with a long balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico!! It was very windy so we didn't spend a lot of time on the beach which was sad. On the weekend we got to spend time with my sister, Kat and her fiance, Tyler. We also got to meet some of Tyler's family and that was so fun!!

Since being back work has gone really well and Grant's transfer to another store has been really smooth. He's worked a lot of nights which is hard since I work during the day and we don't see much of each other but I do have to say that we treasure our time together much more!!!

Next week I have my 12 week appointment and so I'm very excited about that and also entering my 2nd trimester. I'm showing and that's been so fun to show off. I'm sleeping much better at night too with my stomach not being so upset so that's been great.

I can't believe that my sister, Jessica is due wit her little boy, Dorian in just a few months. She's doing so well and working hard and I'm really proud of her. I had dinner with her last night and we watched a movie. It's so great to catch up and things. I admire how fast she's grown up and taken responsibility for her life.

God's been so aweosme and comforting during hard times lately and it just reminds me that I don't know what I'd do in my life if it weren't for Him. He's so faithful and has taken on all of my cares, worries, and anxieties. I praise His name everday for health and all of His wonderful blessings he's given Grant and me.
